The Ricotta cheesething. I blend my sugar free Jell-O into it. And a packet of splenda.It's really good and can be as many different flavors as you have Jell-O.Adding the allowed pecans might even be good but I can't have nuts in thehouse. I can't leave them alone and go beyond my allotment.Just thought I'd share. Now if I find it's already be posted, or in thebook somewhere, I'll feel really stupid.
