According to the patient, at the hospital she was found to have a gallstone,

most likely diagnosed on the abdominal ultrasound. Recent hospital s/l

*staining* record is not available for review.

It definitely sounds like staining. He is probably referring to the

abdominal ultrasound result but I don't know if they use staining with that.

He changed his mind a couple of times and may have gotten confused.
