Guest guest
Yipes.. I think I've had my fill for the day... This is on a patient who has been having escalating difficulties with falling and coordination.. ( " I " have never had a problem with that.. I do that just fine..) Doc states: Diffusion scans are negative. The patient has a grade 2/4 S/L " exvacuole ventriculomegaly " Also.. He states the patient has innumerable s/l " subean lacunes " I think he's using slang instead of lacunae but alas, more power to him.. I have to type verbatem.. I can't find anything that resembles the word " subean " Thanks to all... ...
