This would be a telemetry strip for reading an EKG. I can find Telestrip in

a net search but I cannot document it as a brand name so it may just be

slang for telemetry strip.

It is " tely " --short for telemetry, and I have been taught to write it out.

That's tele strip.. which is actually slang for telemetry strip. I'd type

telemetry strip. Hope this helps :)
