Guest guest
I've been eating according to what I feel like eating for a couple of days now (woohoo) and I'm noticing that my eating is erratic. I mean yesterday I didn't have breakfast, the day before I had a banana sandwich, and today I had a fruit smoothie. So, I'm just wondering if this is normal? Do you do this? Do naturally thin people eat like that? I'm kind of worried... Thanks for your input. -- Sylvie... working on it!Don't believe your mind, it will lie to you! Guest guest
Honestly I think thats how naturally thin people eat. I have noticed that I do the same thing. Some mornings I wake up and I am starving and then some mornings I don't eat until around lunch when I start to get hungry. But because I have those old dieting rules constantly running in my head (eat breakfast beause your blood sugar will fall and then you will gorge yourself at lunch...yadda,yadda,yadda) I am obsessing about making sure I am hungry or not. Naturally thin people don't obsess, they just do what feels right.
