Excercise done. Bronze medal earned. 44% of the way to silver, Bronze is 20,000 points and silver is 45,000. It took 10 weeks almost to the day to earn the bronze and that was excercising twice aa day sometimes and 6 days a week instead of 5 to start with. It may take me 15-20 weeks more to earn the silver, but I will get there.

Let's not even talk about the water today. LOL 24 oz.

Thanks Coco. I've got the excercise under control now for the food. The wedding is Saturday so hopefully it will be easier. Right now I'm beat. I've been on my feet all day and they are killing me.
