Guest guest
Hi, I was just looking back at past posts. I hadn't really read these posts on Threonine until now, as I get overwhelmed by all the different things out there. But anyway, just looking it over now and wondering.... Lydia has said Threonine has helped her a lot with spasticity/spasms. One of my biggest problems is stiffness of the lower right leg and lower right arm. It is like my arm and leg are contracted or squeezed most of the time. One thing that helps is Xanax, but I know this is very bad for the body...I wonder if Threonine would help with the stiffness...I've never been quite clear if " spasticity " means spasms or stiffness or both? Lydia, has stiffness been a problem for you?, and if so has the Treonine helped that? Also, has anyone else tried Threonine and have any results to report? Thanks, > > Dear Gang, > > For some reason this didn't loas right.
