Hi , Here's a tip from when I first began charting: my temps seemed to be all over the place, and it made me wonder if I was even ovulating at all. I was taking my temp under my armpit, but in Toni Weschler's book, she suggests taking temps vaginally. This is what I have been doing, with a digital thermometer, for 3 years now, and this has given me a very clear chart.
