Guest guest
I've been wracking my brain, trying to think of any IEs I know, and I can't think of anyone! My family is almost all overweight, my friend that's around is always "restricting" food for fear of gaining weight, and the other one that *might* be more of a natural eater lives 4 hrs away. And, I really don't have any other close friends with whom I could spend time and watch. :-? It's a great idea, though! ) Jenn <>< -----Original Message----- You need to find a natural intuitive eater close to you to help encourage you, someone that you can watch from time to time and get reaffirming guidance. You would see how the intuitive lifestyle works and it would help you on your journey to thinness. My mother is a natural. So whenever I think I am slipping or not quite on track, I think about what she would do. http://mizbooksreads.blogspot.com http://intuitive-eater.blogspot.com http://intuitive-eating.blogspot.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/IntuitiveEating_Support * NEVER DIET AGAIN! *
Guest guest
Wow....That's very enlightening. I could actually picture her. I think there arent' that many IE's and finding an example is difficult. I liked the fact that she ate a variety. that there were treats in there for her. Thank you for that illustration. Until I find a mentor, that may have to help in making my fake-o imaginary mentor. > > > > Well, I don't really have any inspirational stories to give you... > I've had a couple of slips (yesterday I ate --snacked-- until I was > around a 8 or 9... yuck. I'm starting to see some places where > I've not been practicing IE fully, and therefore it's not > been " working properly " for me. It's probably why I'm at a stand- > still. But, I'll post more when I'm done the book. Probably tonight > or tomorrow (if I'm lucky!
