(See I still have very little memory--- but my sense of humor is doing great LOL --- as long as you are willing to count " black humor " , which I certainly do!) I went from 100 mg to 150 mg to 200 mg per dose back about --um-- I think about 10 rounds ago. THIS round (round 28) I increased to 300 mg. This seems like a lot, and it was really pretty much an impulsive decision, but I couldn't think of a single reason not to. I was having only very minimal symptoms on 200 mg and am just really feeling IMPATIENT! So, today is " day 2 " on 300/mg per dose. (For reference here, I weigh about 170.) I think this round I have some gas from the ALA (not bad) and I have " sand in my eyes " -- which is a side-effect I haven't seen in many moons (but had all the time for the first few rounds). [For all I know it is coincidental, but I somehow take it as a good sign, as weird as that may sound.] I still don't know if I'm " making progress " -- there are those " subtle " things, but who knows about that! Hope this answers your question, don't know that it is any real help Moria
