I really liked it, too. ) The small " 100-calorie " changes I've made, so far, are: - put my salad dressing on the side of my plate and dip my fork into it (instead of smothering my salad in dressing, as I'm apt to do -- never tasted good that way, anyway, 'cause I'd always end up pouring too much). - choose fruit for a snack in the afternoon (since I " ve never been a big fruits/veggies person, this is a good way to get in my fruits, while still being able to eat something when I get those hunger- pangs mid-afternoon) - drink 2 bottles of water daily (instead of pop, which has really been upsetting my stomach, lately) Jenn <>< > Hey, whoever recommended that book Mindless Eating-- THANK YOU! > That was one of the coolest books I've ever read.
