I am discouraged today. I have gained weight in the last week.... 4-5 pounds to be exact. And while the rational part of my brain knows that it's not possible to have actually gained real weight in the last week based on what I've eaten, and I know it's water weight, it's still discouraging. I hear the voices in my head telling me to start dieting again, and I want to resist them because I know that is not the answer either. Urggggg

Remember the five simple rules to be happy: 1. Free your heart from hatred. 2. Free your mind from worries. 3. Live simply. 4. Give more. 5. Expect less.
