Guest guest
Janet I think you are right on the money with this ya know. I grind my teeth too. Not as badly now.... because <laughing> I don't have as many teeth left to grind with. I have ground them down to nothing. But the grinding does cause the jaw pain. It also causes the enamel on the teeth to wear off, and that allows for cavities to happen quicker, so we are all off to the dentist more often, and then of course the uncaring dentist allow some of the jaws to dislocate and " BOOM " more flamin' problems. The cascade effect. What a pain. Hugz............ Helen I clench my teeth all the time. The other night I broke a tooth from grinding my teeth. During the day when my jaw is tired and hurting badly I realize that I have been clenching my jaws together. I think maybe it's cuz of the pain I have? You've heard, " grit your teeth and get through it " , right? Well, I think we do that. I think that's how we can deal with all the pain. Only it causes other pains...Whatcha think? Just wonderin'.....love y'all, Janet : )
