Alice,

I have steered clear of any floury type things. ( noodles, pasta, bread, soft

burrito shells and white rice ) It is sooo hard for my new small tummy to

digest...plus the name of the game now is to get the protein in. Pasta is just

filler at this point. so watch out for that stuff it can be painfull. The

first

month out of the hospital I ate mostly fat free low sodium chicken broth with

meat in the blender, once in awhile for a change I added stewed tomatoes. it

was

good....

When I was PMSing I cut the skin off of pickle spears and ate the

pickles.....and ate chocolate pudding.....lol (just and FYI on that)
