Guest guest
If you follow the WW plan and stay within your daily point range, what does WW tell you that the resulting weight loss per week should be? One or Two Pounds???? -Stix The Inqusitive
Guest guest
Dear Donna The Informer, I just found this post from you.... Okay so now WW has a point TARGET. It sounds like you're saying that they allow you to eat more food on the Flex Plan than on the old plan because you can eat up to the high number in your range. What would my target point be? If you follow their plan, how much do they tell you that you should be able to lose in one week? Stix The Target Point Needer

Guest guest
Dear Donna the Point Target Provider, Thanks for the target point info. I am currently using 23 points as my target point on the OLD and obsolete plan, and I have been averaging 1-2 pounds per week, so apparently I am doing it correctly. Thank you. The more weight you lose and the lighter you are, the less you get to eat....... When we weigh 130 pounds we will probably be down to 5 points a day! -Stix The Target Point Follower Donna wrote: Stix, You should still be able to lose 1-2 lbs. a week. If your weight in the database is correct, your point target is 22. From 150-174 lbs, it's 22 points 175-199 lbs-24 points Less than 150 lbs-20 points Hope this helps, too!!
