It's just cocoa powder, chocolate, sugar, then you heat it with rice milk. It's awesome! Or, if you can always use regular cocoa powder (like Nestle's) and mix it per instruction on back (mix cocoa and sugar and a small amount of milk [rice] until it's a paste, then add the rest of the milk and heat and stir). We always did this even before we knew Jakester was a Silly Yak (and dairy allergic to boot) - it tastes WAAAAY better than that nasty powdered stuff in the envelopes with the plastic marshmallows.
