,………I retain so much water, and I know

that it holds me back from losing the way I should be. I don’t know why I do

unless it has something to do with my kidneys? I think I pee okay, many, many

times a day. I drink lots of water too, and I had one of those urine tests that

measures output, and it came back okay. The only other thing I can think of is

inflammation. I have so much of that I read some where that the body will flood

the tissue with fluid to protect the joints. So maybe that’s part of my problem?

I also have a heart thing going on too, and will be seeing a Dr. for that soon.

I asked my Dr. about a water pill, but she didn’t want to do that. I don’t

understand why?

Anyhow,

This cartoon really does ring true to me. Last month I looked as though

I was pregnant & I kept gaining weight regardless of my food intake. Then I

realized it was pee problems. I was having urinary retention! I am now on

Flomax & feeling & looking 100% better.
