Guest guest
Elliot has been on Depakote for two years, and chelating for 1 1/2. For the past several months, he has been doing well on half his prescribed dose of Depakote (blood levels now at 44, still no seizures) but 9 months ago (perhaps when the metals were coming out? we had changed to the lower dose 4 hour protocol a month or three before) he had a lot of seizure-type behavior at school. One factor may have been ongoing low doses of gluten, as we were using a rice milk that I had been told was gf when it was not. Lorilyn [ ] Re: Topamax and DMSA Sheldon has been chelating for 16 months while on Depakote (valproic acid) with no problems. I wouldn't expect there to be much of an interaction if you keep chelator dosage low enough other side effects aren't bad. Andy
