Yeah I think I'll be ok though. I feel it's in God's hands and it'll be just

The only thing close to what you are talking about that I know of is the

Conus Medullaris, which is at the very base of the spine, ie, the lowest

part. I've got some honkin' big tumours in this area.

At the tip top of your spine, the lower portion of the brain is sometimes

called the medulla oblongata. This would be serious surgery since there are

some vital functions performed here.
