Guest guest
I cannot find this word anywhere and it is really bothering me. Doctor dictates that the pt. has a recently diagnosed occipital lesion. On physical exam his cranial nerves are intact except for a left upper quadrant S/L tinopsia noted more in the left eye than the right but present bilaterally. Impression: Right occipital lobe lesion, apparently below the calcarine fissure with resultant left upper quadrant S/L tinopsia. I definitely would appreciate help on this one.
