Listmates, I was reading an article in F.E.A.T. about

some study that measured the length of the middle and

ring finger. They said that they found that autistic

children have the abnormal situation where their ring

finger is slightly longer than their middle finger. I

took a look at my son's hand and found this to be

untrue in his case. I would like to know if any of you

see this in your autistic child. This sounds nutty to

me but who knows? Thanks. Vicky

Not true for my son either. As a matter of fact, my ring finger comes closer

to being the same length of my middle finger, without going past, than my

son's!

I have 3 children - 2nt & 1 ASD. My ring finger is longer & ring finger is

longer in all of my children. All are girls. I was reading on this a while

ago myself. Very interesting.

I've heard something similar to this....but that if your second toe is longer

than your big toe you are highly intelligent! (By the way, my second toe is

longer....{clears throat and pats self on back})
