He says that often, but this guy is American and enunciates clearly, and except for dictating in warp speed, he's a dream to transcribe for. I sort of thought he'd spell it, but he didn't. I Googled and got no hits. Maybe he's making it up.. just kidding. Oh well, I'll spell it phonetically and keep my fingers crossed.
