Tami-

That sounds fabulous! Great idea putting it in the blender. I am

just starting the diet, and thought the ricotta desert sounded

good. One question...do the syrups you use contain sugar? If not,

where do you get them? Thanks, and best of luck!

Hi -

I use the Sugar free ones. I buy them from a store called smart and final. Good

luck finding them. I have seen them on line too.

I found some Torini sugar free flavors at Albertson's. They had

Raspberry, Irish Creme, Hazelnut, and Vanilla. I found a large bottle

of DaVinci sugar free Vanilla at Safeway, but it was pushed way back

on the shelf and didn't look like a regularly stocked item.

Does this require an Ice Cream maker? Or can it be frozen in anything

else?

I love this just with the 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and the 1 packet of

sugar substitute.

***Yes, doesn't it surprise you? I didn't think it would be so

tasty. I don't like to use too much sugar substitute, though, so I

limit these treats to weekends and an occasional night during the

week. Is baking cocoa allowed on level 1 or 2?
