Guest guest
Tami- That sounds fabulous! Great idea putting it in the blender. I am just starting the diet, and thought the ricotta desert sounded good. One question...do the syrups you use contain sugar? If not, where do you get them? Thanks, and best of luck! - > Hi ladies, > > I'm new to the SBD and this group. I have started this woe today. It was my first > day and I did it !!! I'm very excited about that ! I found a large bottle of DaVinci sugar free Vanilla at Safeway, but it was pushed way back on the shelf and didn't look like a regularly stocked item. Karl J. I didn't think it would be so tasty. I don't like to use too much sugar substitute, though, so I limit these treats to weekends and an occasional night during the week. Is baking cocoa allowed on level 1 or 2? Debbie
