Guest guest Posted July 28, 2003 Report Share Posted July 28, 2003 I'm wondering if there is someone out there who would be willing to 'sit down' with me and help me figure out what to eat. I know what I'm not supposed to eat. But I have a hard time planning meals, especially being a single 20-something with little space in a shared fridge. Many days I end up eating a lot of 'crap' or just not eatting much of anything. And I'm starting to lose weight and mental functioning because I let my blood sugar get way to low for way too long.
