I'm wondering if there is someone out there who would be willing

to 'sit down' with me and help me figure out what to eat. I know

what I'm not supposed to eat. But I have a hard time planning meals,

especially being a single 20-something with little space in a shared

fridge. Many days I end up eating a lot of 'crap' or just not

eatting much of anything. And I'm starting to lose weight and mental

functioning because I let my blood sugar get way to low for way too

long. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
