Guest guest
Andy: In your FAQ, you answered, for chelating Antimony you can use SAMe at 5 mg/day/# in divided doses. Is this an every 4 hour deal or can we do it every 8? And for how long? Also, what do you use for Aluminium? Magnesium glycinate or magnesium malate? How much? How often and for how long? Is it better to do DMSA/ALA chelation 1st or can I start with these? Thanks, Holly

This is based on " anecdotal reports " from sources of unknown reliability, not on anything I figured out. > > Also, what do you use for Aluminium? Mostly you ignore it. High hair aluminum is an artifact of mercury. Reducing intake by eliminating processed (american, velveeta) cheese and not cooking in aluminum cookware is helpful. >Magnesium glycinate or magnesium > malate? The aluminum will get better as the Hg goes away. > > Thanks, Holly
Guest guest
What about the aluminum in anti-perspirants? Do you absorb that & should you avoid it? > > Also, what do you use for Aluminium? > > Mostly you ignore it. Guest guest
> What about the aluminum in anti-perspirants? Do you absorb that Yes. > & should > you avoid it? I don't know. I do. I don't have lots of public contact as a part of my job or life at present so using a deodorant only and being smelly or sweaty sometimes isn't a problem for me. It is for other people. > > > > Also, what do you use for Aluminium? > > > > Mostly you ignore it.
