This will result in undesireable results, this could be most unethical method of

testing. the drivers will land up in more of complicated problems as they would

have not undergone counseling. this will definately put them into more of

psycological problems, which will remain unanswered.

Definately a second thought has to been given in this regard. It may lead to

more of infections and less of prevetion.
