Andy's Book

Mike,

I was going to order the book through and Noble but was told

that it would take several weeks. The guy on the phone was quite

helpful and told me that, in reality, it might be better to get it

directly from the author as back orders often take an inordinately

long time. I ordered it through Andy and didn't have to wait long at

all for it. 'Hope this is helpful.

BN.com does sell the book. They take a LONG time to order them from

me so unless it lists 24 hour availability (on the rare occasions it

is in stock), be patient.

Amazon.com usually has them in stock. When they don't it can take a

whlie too.

I almost always have them in stock myself. If you mail me a check I

even waive the shipping fee.

Any bookstore can special order the book for you if you want to do it

this way, but again it does take a while.

If you go to everybookstore.com on the web they will dredge up a lot

of places that claim to sell the book but only amazon.com and

barnesandnoble.com actually buy books from me - I don't know if the

others never sell any, have a resale arrangement with these two, or

what.

All these sources take a substantial wholesale discount, so I

appreciate people ordering them from me. Of course I don't take

and Noble gift certificates so in this case buying from them

makes sense since it is in effect " free " that way.

I'm sure the ISBN number will be listed on his website.
