I take the Ubiquinol form, which is supposed to be better utilized by the body. FYI Beverly --- could not control the A fib with drugs, so they > basically said be prepared to check out at any time. Where as irregular heart rhythm is malfunction from the (CNC) central nervous system that controls the heart beat. As when one gets exited, the heart rate rise, etc. Therefore the supplements are more likely to be effective quickly for A-fib.
