Guest guest
Just FYI - sauna therapy done to remove toxins is done at a much lower temperature than the type found in health clubs. Most of the articles on the subject stress that the lower temps 140-160 degrees is needed to open up the fat cells so that they can expell the toxins (my layman's wording as I understand it). If I recall correctly, higher temps would be more stressing to the body and not achieve the same results. We bought a portable sauna for about $750 with shipping. You could also make one pretty easily with a good heater, some metal and non-chemically-treated tarps. Gaylen
