I started a year ago with peertrainer.com I lost 35-40 lbs by trying to just eat smaller meals and write down what I eat just so I would remember what I ate. It helped to have other peoples support.

I then read IE and it made a lot of sense. after being at a plateau of just over 200- I went down to about 196. :)

Now I am not guilty over eating foods and I am trying to be more concious to eat until just satisfied. I can set my own limits because they won't now work against me.. I can wait until I need it for hunger... though with this heat I have had an occasional klondike bar when not hungry... but not stuffed either... mmmm oreo klondike..
