Anyway ... I would suspect you might be hearing " no calf tenderness, "

which is a common phrase in the extremities exam. On re-listen do you

hear that?

Jan, Hard to tell for sure, that would either be nulliparous (never been

pregnant) or multiparous (multiple pregnancies). Hope you can listen closely

and see which it is. Margaret

Jan, This is another one of those words that probably every transcriptionist has

had problems with at one time or another because it is hard to figure out what

letter it starts with. It is arytenoids. Margaret
