Guest guest
My wife and I dined at Ruby Tuesday late this afternoon. She had the steak fajita without the tortillas and I had the chopped steak with cauliflower "mashed potatoes" and broccoli. We shared the low carb cheese cake. Very tasty! Poor service, however. Guest guest
Hi Ron! Sounds yummy! May I ask: What Phase are you on? And does the cheesecake have sugar in it? I knwo it is low carb- but just wondering if it is also sugar free! Thanks! Jen > > Ruby Tuesday's has a low carb menu. Guest guest
Hi Jen, We are "waffling" between Phases I and II right now, having been in Phase I for two weeks. I don't know if the cheesecake had sugar in it, and neither did the waitress. Their website will not provide any nutritional information, so it's pretty hard to determine anything other than it has a net carb value of 6. I know we don't "count carbs" in this program, but it was a delicious "cheat" worth an extra couple of laps on the treadmill. LOL! Guest guest
My husband and I tried it out, too...He had the bleu-cheese burger in a wrap and I had the Cajun chicken with broccoli and mashed cauliflower. Tasty, but poor service, here, too...and I wasn't as fond of their cauliflower as I was of my own...somehow, my cauliflower at home turned out nice and fluffy in texture, while the stuff at Ruby Tuesday's was like grits. Tasty, but not as pretty. Jen At 09:12 PM 11/15/03 -0600, you wrote: >My wife and I dined at Ruby Tuesday late this afternoon. Poor service, however. We had a similar experience at a Ruby Tuesday this past Friday. May have been just busy, I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. Karl J.
