No, you're right, Michele. IE is about eating what appeals to you within the

boundaries of " hunger " and " satiety " . You may hear others talking of eating

" healthier " foods. But, that's just a natural progression of IE. Eventually you

reach a certain point -- after most foods are legalized -- where your body

starts actually *craving* the better foods (the veggies, etc).

But, in the beginning, you're probably gonna crave the " formerly forbidden "

foods, and they'll probably be those that are normally termed " junk food " :

candy, chips, pizza, ice cream, donuts, etc. That's completely normal. :o)

but isn't IE about eating what you think your body needs or what you want,

instead

of being forced to eat all the healthy food that you might not want. Maybe I am

incorrectly informed but I thought IE was eating what you wanted as long as you

were hungry and then stopping when you were full. And I don't mean to always

eat fried foods or always eat donuts but if you want to eat pizza for a meal

then

you should be able to correct? Am I barking up the wrong tree on this idea?
