Hello all, just wondering if any post ops have had the same problem I am having. Excruciating pain at the top of my stomache (like my insides are being squeezed) ribs hurt, spine hurts from top to bottom + entire back, wanna puke, sweating, hurts to breathe. The pain feels just like a gallbladder attack YET i have no gallbladder. The pain comes on within 30 seconds and can last for HOURS! I cant lie down when this happens...have to be sitting and put my head down and rock. This has happen 4 times in the past week! Last night I finally went to the ER. Right before I was seen by the dr( had to wait 3 hours!!!) the pain went away. They did belly x-rays, ultrasound and tons of blood and urine work. I was sent home at 1AM with them telling me they have NO CLUE why i am having these attacks. I called dr thayers on call guy this morning and he said i can go to NW ER and they will look at me...BUT dont want to spend another day in the er for them to tell me thay have no clue. I am seeing Dr tHayer on WEdnsday..but wondering if this has happen to anyone else. Thanks :o) W

Even if it is not related to the surgery, something is wrong.

Dr. Thayer is also a general surgeon--he doesnt JUST do weight loss surgery.

If you like and trust him, then go back to him even if it is an unrelated

problem. He'll take care of you.

keep me posted, ok? kim

,

I'm sending healing thoughts your way, and hope this turns out to be nothing!

PLease keep us posted! I agree with Kim, if you don't get an answer, keep

asking. It's obviously not something to ignore.

Best wishes,

Alice A.
