I just got home from work and read about 20 messages from you guys encouraging me about my upcoming surgery :-) You guys are the GREATEST! Thanks kim in plymouth Hi Kim I am still a pre op but your tale is very encouraging What prompted me to final reply was that although I work on the No Shore I now live in plymouth too. Do you go to the LMH mtgs? I have been to one so far and should be able to get to the May one as my surgery is 6-9 Maybe we can meet up there. I HAVE SINCE LOST 28 # MADE MY MIND UP TO SEE DR. RANDALL , HAD MY FIRST APPOINTMENT IN APRIL WITH HIM HAD 1 GROUP MEETING . ANOTHER IN MAY ETC.... WILL BE SEEING HIM IN JUNE ALONG WITH NUTRITIONIST....LOOKING FORWARD TO MY PREOP TESTS ON JULY 24 AND MY SURGERY @ LMH ON JULY 31 @ 10:30 A.M.. I8 HAVE A WONDERFUL HUSBAND WHO IS VERY SUPPORTIVE OF MY DECISION. BUT I HAVE CHOSEN MOT TO TELL MY FAMILY AS THEY HAVE USED ANOTHER METHOD AND DON'T BELIEVE IN WLS.....BUT I AM GOING TO STAY POSITIVE AND FOCUSED ON MY GOALS. THANK YOU. I had a real hard time trying to go through with it, still struggle, but I am getting better, about being so scared, I hope I will be able to say that the day before my surgery, HA! Maybe we will have surgery on the same day!!!!! Ruthann Pre-op DR. Aslam, Augusta, Maine surgery for weight loss.
