Guest guest
Because I'm really not a morning person and only have 1 speed in the morning - slow - , I am pretty boring with what I eat for breakfast - rice krispies most every day, with rice milk, or occasionally almond milk. Also with craisins or other dried fruit. I did recently discover Glutino's cereal that is apple cinnamon flavored that looks like cheerios, but is made of gluten-free dairy-free stuff. It is really good! And on rare occasions I'll get ambitious enough to make eggs with turkey bacon or canadian bacon or whatnot. I also take my vitamins with juice with breakfast. Guest guest
Hi Janet. I usally eat fruit or a green smoothie. Sometimes I eat a granola that I make with dehydrated, sprouted buckwheat and a mixture of seeds (pumpkin, sunflowers, black sesame), goji berries and served in almond milk. I also make chia pudding often. I like apple chunks with cinnamon too. I vary my diet quite a bit. > > > > , for example, what do you eat for breakfast? > > Thanks > > Janet
