Guest guest
RP--My thoughts: In other countries poor people eat native foods, unprocessed, from their gardens, wild game, fish they catch themselves, etc. That's why they're healthy. In this country, poor people buy the cheapest food which is white bread, koolaid, Kraft mac n cheese, margarine, velveeta cheese, and twinkies. That's why we're not healthy. My Mom lived through the depression. She thought she was doing better by us by buying canned vegetables, store-bought bread, and a white sugar dessert with every dinner. She was told bottle feeding was better than the breast. She thought she was doing the best for her family and no one told her differently.
