Jenn,

I was confused on milk, too. I just received the book and it says no.

Jenn,

It seems the book contradicts itself. It says no dairy in the foods to

avoid, but it lists nonfat milk in coffee. I guess it depends on how

much milk you put in your coffee! :)

--SORRY I am repsponding to some old posts here but as I encounter

different things along my path, then I see a post that relates to

them. If the SB book says " no dairy " why are we allowed cottage

cheese in Phase I? Isn't that " dairy " >>> Anyone? thanks.
