My husband just bought a 1972 Chevelle to work on. It has all the original stock stuff on it. Not original paint though. He has been looking for one for about 13yrs now. He had one in high school but a drunk driver hit him & the car was ruined. We actually found one that was in our own state!! He is so very excited. E.Colorado "Insanity runs in my family. LOLOL My old '64 Comet was rescued by a man in Michigan who had a barn filled with old cars he restored. I didn't want to part with that car and wanted to "restore" it myself... not much to restore at the time. But, while living in New York, that car, sitting outside my Mother's home in Arizona, was injured greatly when her home burned after a passerby tossed a cigarette out their window. She wasn't living there at the moment, having just moved to my Grandmother's home across the alley and directly behind, though my Brother came close to making a huge error and his singed eyebrows and so on showed for it.
