I would advise you to go to the emergency room ASAP, especially if you feel

like your throat is closing! Better yet, have someone drive you or call an

ambulance if breathing becomes difficult. Low calcium levels are nothing to

play around with.... believe me, I know! I've made a couple ER trips for IV

treatments! I have permanent hypoparathyroidism following my TT.

Calcium is a major player in heart rhythm regulation! Please see a doctor of

some sort ASAP!

At my last Endo visit it was a little low, she told me take two EX-Tums a day. I

have been doing that.

I have a call in to my doc but, I thought I would check here while I wait.
