Dear Jackie

A lot of the herbal teas like Chamomile and Rooibos are good for the skin and healing as well as the body and good tasting.

The previously called healing Cream is now offically named 5 Herb Balm.

The Rooibos should have been Rooibos Tea It is rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, copper,zinc, manganese, and iron which is beneficial to your skin and this tea works well with herbal infusions for lotions. Note in the directions Besure to drink some regular rooibos tea while you're making your lotion.
