Guest guest
Don't let what your sister said upset you. YOU know how and what you have been doing. YOU have been making small improvements on yourself and making YOURSELF feel better. Arlene > Hey everyone > > Well it will 8 days in a row today on the treadmill for me!!! Guest guest
i guess somehow i missed the part of the sister when i read the post the first time. don't listen to that. do you know how much i wish i weighed that. 155 is really not a lot. especially if you think 100 something is more or less bones and organs etc, and i'm sure you have some muscle and everything from working out. that's why i hate when people look at your weight on scale and judge you yet tell you how good you look. make up your mind people. lol. but anyways you're only five away from my goal and i think that's a terrific weight. > > > Don't let what your sister said upset you. Guest guest
Hi everyone. I've been kinda busy the past couple weeks and have had to turn my emails off. Just wanted to say hi to everyone though and hope it's going well! I've lost a total of 14.4 since starting Jan 29. Last night I couldn't stay for the meeting, which was the first meeting I've missed. I'd love to know what the topic was if anyone would care to share. I'm still struggling with exercise. I just don't wanna do it. I decided to not be quite so hard on myself, because this is a process. (Quit guilting on myself) The food thing is under control, so it's time to start slow on an exercise routine and get it under control too. Today's goal is to do a 20-minute exercise tape. One step at a time! Keep up the good work everyone! Lyn
Guest guest
, your doc is WRONG to have you drop from 2 grains to 90 mg. It is NOT good evaluation to go simply by the TSH. Your TSH is NOT too low. MOST of us who are feeling great and have a fT3 where we like to see it...have TSH that low and LOWER!!!!!!! If your nurse said you can do your research and perhaps stay that low, then check out the articles in the FILES section of this site, especially Dommisse's. If I was in your shoes, , I would definitely STAY on 2 grains, I would firmly tell the doc that I do NOT want to go by the TSH, that going by the TSH is useless once treatment has begun, that my free T3 AND my symptoms are FAR FAR more important. Guest guest
Janie, God love you and your stomping foot. I will make sure I follow up with him one this. However, I have stored enough extra pills to cover my butt in the mean time. LOL tricky girl aren't I?
