He has active range of motion of 107 degrees, forward elevation of 45

degrees and external rotation and a T? level on his right side. He has

the same range of motion on the left side except he is able to get to the

T4 on internal rotation. He has a positive S/L NEAR and a

positive Hawkins impingement sign

I realize I have a question after T but that is going to have to be

flagged as he stutters it out and I don't want to guess.
