Guest guest Posted May 15, 2009 Report Share Posted May 15, 2009 Good Iron source: I use Carlson brand " Chelated Iron " and have no digestive difficulties, or constipation. Had horrible constipation with others, so I know this one is good. Only place I could find it was Vitamin Shoppe online, they don't carry it in stores. I'm currently taking 150 mgs. a day, but realized I must up this dose, as my Ferritin is still only 25 when it needs to be 70-90. Though I only found out about the Carlson iron about 6 weeks ago. But I really do like the product and it's cheap!
