You do nto have very high cortisol. Your cortisl burden is 15.7 Range 5.9 to

15.4. this si BARELY over fo rthe day. Some heearbasl to support your adnreals

may be all you need. Ashwaganda an rhodiola (AM) and maybe 100mg Phosphatidyl

serine an hour befroe bed woudl be my suggestion for thesse labs, and get

ferritin tested!

Good Iron source: I use Carlson brand " Chelated Iron " and have no digestive

difficulties, or constipation. Had horrible constipation with others, so I know

this one is good. Only place I could find it was Vitamin Shoppe online, they

don't carry it in stores.

I'm currently taking 150 mgs. a day, but realized I must up this dose, as my

Ferritin is still only 25 when it needs to be 70-90. Though I only found out

about the Carlson iron about 6 weeks ago. But I really do like the product and

it's cheap!
