Experince of Delhi SACS of installing Condom Vending Machines (CVM)

Dear FORUM,

Let me share an experince of Delhi SACS

we have got 104 CVMs installed all over Delhi and more han 150 condom dispensers

are also installed. some of these condom dispensers are installed in female

toiltes. The pick of rate of the condoms is very good and particularly from

ladies toilet.

Recently we had started installing health dispensers with HLL inside the

various unversities of Delhi.these dispenser dispense cofee and tea along with

candys utility items along with condoms.

First such dispenser was installed at Jawahar Lal Nehru Univ(JNU). in the

begining there was some resistance , but off late people has started welcoming

this step as condom pick up rate has zoomed to 50-80 condom pieces per evening.

counting on this success more health dispensers are being installled in north

Campus, Jamia etc.
