on-set of fibroid symptoms

I've been reading the postings of this group for about a month and have

learned a ton from you!

I'm 46 and have had fibroids without symptoms for about 10 years. Between

perimenopause and intense stress, it's no surprise that my fibroids are

growing faster. From the postings, I understand how serious & debilitating

the fibroid symptoms are. For those who have had or are suffering from them,

what I want to know is whether they developed gradually or just came over you

like a tidal wave all of a sudden?

I've read Carla's book, which is fantastic. It's helped me prepare a long

list of questions, the discussion of which will be the core of my upcoming

gyn appointment. I'm thinking about myo and UAE, but without symptoms, I'm

reluctant to go ahead with either at this time.

I know you'll provide me with worthwhile thinking.
