Hi all,

A couple weeks ago I wrote about a checklist that the

anti-merc dentist I went to had me fill out. This was

part of his new patient intake. Well, I got a copy of

the checklist, and it is below. I think a lot of it

(but not quite all) could be applied to kids. A few,

like " ringing ears " might be hard to apply--

Before I list the questions, I want to say that this paper

does NOT say ANYTHING on it about the purpose of the

questions--- it doesn't say it is a test for mercury

toxicity, for example. It is just a checklist. The

only thing that made me think it is about mercury toxicity

is that the dentist referred to my answers (many YES

items) as a reason to consider amalgam replacement.

I do NOT make ANY claims for the accuracy of this list,

I'm just sharing it FWIW. And here it is:

Digestive tract

naseua or vomiting
