Luckily I don’t have that problem. Can you take your own snacks to

work that would be on your plan? What I have

found helpful is to find alternatives to “goodies” that I am exposed to, and then I

don’t miss the other stuff. Actually I am watching my carb intake more

than fats, so my goodies have full fat, but no sugar, and it seems to be

working.

Keep it up girls. I've lost 8. I'm only trying to lose 15 more but it

just as hard with 10 as it is with 100 when everyone you work with brings in

snacks.
