Vaccine Record Info Missing - HELP

I just got a call from my daughter's current pediatrician. Her previous

doctor (the one who administered all the vaccines) moved out of the state and

sent the medical records to the new doctor. Well, I asked the nurse to check

the Manufacturer and Lot Number of the vaccines that my daughter received. I

was told that this information was MISSING from EACH shot record. Half a

dozen sets of shots, and it was not filled out on a single one. Everything

else was filled out but this. I'm feeling a little paranoid, like it was

removed after the fact, although it was probably just sloppy bookkeeping.

What is my recourse now? The old doctor can't be found, and even if we do

track her down, chances are that she won't have that information any more.
